THE NEW CHALLENGE from SCI Webmaster
Last January I issued a challenge to the SCI chapters asking each chapter to submit an article for the SCI web site's monthly Featured Stein. My goal was to encourage more chapter/member participation in the SCI web site. The initial response was very good. The first six months saw articles from six different chapters, but interest seems to have waned, so I am expanding the challenge include any individual or group who has not contributed an article since the challenge was put forth in January.
I would hate to have to start showing my small collection stein by stein, when there are hundreds of beautiful, interesting, and unique steins out there in the hands of the SCI membership.
The articles do not have to be literary masterpieces. All that is required is a nice picture or two and a paragraph or two describing the stein, and its history and background. Please email me with questions or articles at sci@steincollectors.org.
